We stand behind Vessa Night Strips with a 30-night satisfaction guarantee. If you try Vessa for 30 nights and it isn't the right fit for your routine, contact us and we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@sleepvessa.shop within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Conditions

  • Guarantee applies to first-time purchases of any Vessa Night Strips bundle.
  • Limit one refund per customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • We do not require you to return the product.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next order processes by logging into your account or emailing us. Refunds on subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@sleepvessa.shop and we will reship or refund at no cost to you.
